Site rescue and audits

You do not always need a new site. Sometimes you need to know what is actually wrong with the one you have, in writing, from somebody who is not trying to sell you a rebuild.

£450 for the audit. Fixes quoted from the findings.

What you get

  • Load behaviour measured on a real device, not a score from a tool you could run yourself
  • Accessibility checked with axe-core at phone and desktop widths, every page
  • Contrast measured against the colour composited behind the text, not the one in the brand guide
  • Dead links, missing alt text, broken heading order, absent or truncated metadata
  • Structured data validated rather than assumed
  • A written report you can hand to whoever built it, with the fixes ranked by what they are worth

It is deliberately possible for me to lose work here

The report says what is wrong and what fixing it is worth. If the answer is that your site is fundamentally fine and needs a day of work, that is what it says, and the audit fee is the whole of what you spend.

An audit that always concludes "you need a rebuild" is not an audit, it is a sales call with a document attached.

The checks are the same ones my own work has to pass

This site runs a structural audit, an accessibility pass at two viewports in both colour schemes, a design audit and an asset integrity check before every deploy, and any one of them failing stops it. The report you get is the output of those same harnesses pointed at your site.

That is also why the numbers on this site are specific. They are produced by a script, not written by hand.

Tell me what is not working.

Twenty minutes, no charge, and a straight answer about what it would take and what it would cost.
